Intermediate stages
Intermediate stages of adaptive registration algorithm. The first row shows results after the 2nd iteration, the second row shows results after the 4th iteration, the third row after the 8th iteration, and the last row after the 12th iteration. The first column is the reference datasets with control points, the second column is the deformed homologous datasets with control points, the third column is the unwarped homologous datasets, and the fourth column is the difference between the originally undistorted and algorithm unwarped homologous datasets.
