Virtually all of our current projects involve registration using MIAMI-Fuse: Mutual Information for Automatic Multimodality Image Fusion

• automated fusion (or registration) of 3D datasets

• statistical atlas construction (human and rodent)

• description of complex lesion change over time

• joint registration of multiple data sets

• motion correction in fMRI

• retrospective correction of field inhomogeneity
